Mango Salad

A refreshing blend of ripe mango, crisp greens, and vibrant veggies, tossed with a tangy lime dressing.

Main Course Options

1. 10oz Rib eye cooked medium well, on a bed of mashed potatoes accompanied with roasted vegetables. Peppercorn sauce on the side.

2.Chicken breast stuffed with Goat cheese & spinach. Topped with a Cream cheese based sauce and Caribbean spices & seasonings. Accompanied with mash potatoes and roasted veggies. 

3. ⁠Ital Bowl ( Vegan ). Made up of rice & peas, chickpeas, curry Chana & potatoe, Callaloo & ackee.

4. ⁠Linguini Rasta Pasta topped with a poached lobster.

Desert

Chocolate chip cookie with ice cream topped with a rum caramel glaze.
